Aishwarya Rai popularly called as Ash is one of Bollywood’s pre-eminent leading ladies.Before starting her acting career, she worked as a model.She started modeling at a very young age.The greatest achievement as a model when she became win the Miss World on 1994, beside that she also won the Miss Photogenic award.Often cited by the media as the most beautiful woman in the world.Ash made her movie debut in “Iruvar” in 1997.She came to the attention of Bollywood in the movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam in 1999.Her performance in the film won her the Filmfare Best Actress Award.These reward answered the questions raised by critics on her acting talents and proved that she has amazing talents in acting.In 2002 she got second Filmfare Best Actress Award on “Devdas”.At the end of 2006 she starred in Dhoom 2 which turned out to be her biggest Bollywood commercial success.She later appeared in films like Guru (2007), Jodhaa Akbar (2008), and Enthiran (2010) which were commercially and critically successful.Ash  has thus established herself as one of the leading contemporary actresses in the Indian film industry.
